Welcome to the art with us! MKB Fastighets AB offers homes for everyone in Malmö. In our properties, public works of art also exist on squares, courtyards, facades.

MKB Konst is an app for those who like to discover Malmö, for the stroll or the art lover. EKB owns public works of art from 1952 to the present. Many of them stand in the streets and courtyards and can thus be viewed at any time by anyone. MKB wants to offer a digital art guide so that as many Malmö residents as possible can experience and meet the art "at home with us".

From bulldogs in bronze to high landmarks out to Ribban, from silhouettes on the roof to a colorful mill in steel - EKB's art speaks to the viewer with different expressions and design languages. It is often site-specific, designed entirely for its own local environment. It is sometimes created by very famous and well-known artists. It is just as often made by young and newly trained artists at the beginning of their careers. The art of EIA is hopefully fun and interesting to experience. Our app helps the user with texts, pictures and a map.
